Seoul--(뉴스와이어)--Global K-beauty distribution startup, Signature Label, announced that it has signed an MOU with TDIC(Thuy Dung International Cosmetic), leading cosmetic distributor in Vietnam, for business collaboration in the Korean cosmetic distribution sector. The two companies plan to explore extensive collaboration opportunities regarding the distribution strategy for K-beauty products entering the Vietnamese market, following the signing of the MOU.
Through this business collaboration, Signature Label and TDIC will share their expertise in Korean cosmetic brands and their capabilities in the Vietnamese cosmetic distribution market, aiming to create success stories for K-beauty brands. Korean cosmetics discovered by Signature Label will be proposed to TDIC through a fast-track process, and upon the contract signing with TDIC, the products will be distributed throughout Vietnam with the full support of both companies.
TDIC is a comprehensive cosmetic specialist company representing Vietnam. It supplies products to over a thousand local retail shops and operates a retail distribution brand shop called Sammishop. Known as the “The best cosmetic brand shop of Vietnam,” Sammishop opened its first store in Hanoi in 2009 and currently operates 23 stores nationwide. It distributes a wide range of world-renowned brand cosmetics and has close cooperation with major overseas distributors. Its sales, as of last year, have been rapidly growing, reaching 200 million dollars.
Signature Label is a global K-beauty distribution startup that currently collaborates with top-tier beauty commerce platforms in countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand, where B2B distributors lead the cosmetic distribution industry.
